How to find and purchase images on this site

Any copying, usage and/or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Searching

> I have endeavored to create an easy to search database for both my competition proofs and growing collection of stock images. You can browse the categories or enter keywords in the search box to narrow your choices.

    For competition proofs simply enter the last name of the rider to find all images from this year and the previous year.  I have embedded keywords into all the image collections to respond to more selected searches. The scope of your search results is determined by your selection of keywords.

The Lightbox

> The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.

Shopping Cart

> The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.

Checking out

> You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and so that I can review your orders.

> To place an order, you may 1) complete the on-line, secure order form and pay by credit card (all customer information is kept confidential and not shared); 2) print the PDF Order Form and mail or fax it; 3) place your order by phone.  Office hours are 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM Mon.-Fri. (weekends by chance). I accept credit cards (MasterCard® and VISA®), PayPal® checks (made payable to Hoof Pix), or money orders.

> This page shows your order history.

Product Return Policy

> If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, you must return the order whereby I will either reprint the order or refund 100% of your order. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact me prior to any return and I will give you specific return instructions. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
