Horse Photography, LLC images to sell
your horse, promote your business or advertise
breeding services constitutes a commercial
use that does require
permission and payment of a License-for-Use
fee.

Site - $100 per image for 1 - 3 images or, $80
per image for 4 or more images (period
of 1 year)

Print & Web Advertising in any printed
medium and on any number of web
sites for a period of 2 years - $500
per image
Pricing Formula
>To provide
a fair rate quote for commercial use, I need
to know the following:
- Specific Use: in what media will
the image(s) be used? i.e. book, magazine,
brochure, website, video, etc.
- Distribution area: local, regional,
national, international
- Size: the image size related to
the final page size, if printed, i.e. 1/2 page,
full page, etc., or screen size if on website.
- Total circulation: how many copies
will be produced.
- Duration: amount of time you plan
to use the image(s)
- Start date/End date
Farm Call / Portrait
Session - $150 per horse,
includes:
- Up to 1 hour of shooting (unlimited # of
images) + 2 hours post-processing (normally
$60/hr)
- Either your own personal proof gallery to
privately view the proofs on-line, or a set
printed proof sheets (4 proofs per letter size
sheet of quality luster paper)
- One custom-enhanced enlargement of any size
up to 11x14", suitable for framing*
Note: This Photo Session Fee does not include
travel expenses ($.35/mile) or License-for-Use
fees.
* Additional prints can be purchased
anytime at regular Hoof Pix® Sport Horse
Photography, LLC print prices
Licensing Conditions
With payment of any of the above fees, client is granted one-time,
non-exclusive rights. I retain Copyright to all images. Legible photo
credit (©www.hoofpix.com) must appear with each image used.
